When we think outside of sports science and discuss the physical and mental problems of this modern society from the perspective of whole person wellness, we will find out that dysfunction has something to do with imbalance. For example, lacking good inputs of proprioception will lead to walking problems, and the imbalance between life and work can result in overwork and chronic pressure.
As a member of the fitness industry, we shouldn't sacrifice our health and rest for money. Moreover, we should lead by example and keep improving our lives, learning attitude, expertise, communication, coaching ability, and morality to make Hypercore Fitness the role model in the fitness industry.
Since our clients mostly are not athletes, we should think out of athlete and strength and conditioning training. We should pay more attention to clients' emotion through communication and coaching skill to help them find their motives and customized methods to fulfill whole person wellness.

As mentioned above, avoiding pain and injury prevention are very important to achieve whole person wellness. We keep emphasizing the concept of "3I". These three Is represent the phase of chronic injuries respectively:
1. Incomplete mechanics.
2. Incidents
3. Injury
As an educator in the fitness industry, we not only have the responsibility to check on our clients' training, but also have a duty to coach them better postures and movements in case of injuries.
Besides, if we look at the value of education, every client can learn training programs and methods through books and videos by themselves. However, because postures and movements are a kind of experience and an irreplaceable ability, they are hard to learn from books and videos. As we spent more time on kinesthetics, our contents and values will be expanded and be irreplaceable.
Therefore, according to our clients' different needs, we will provide human-biomechanics-based training programs such as hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, movement optimization, and body composition and posture enhancement.
Help the community and neighbors and fulfill corporate social responsibility in the fitness industry.
As society changed, the elderly and the special population keep growing. Through the proper training, we can help the elderly extend their life span and help the special population improve their health. Making these two groups of people our CSR indexes, even if we won't profit from that, we can still raise the achievements and fulfill social participation through helping people.
